Drizzle 3 tablespoons of cream on the dough and spread out with the back of a spoon. Cover the cream with 3/4 cup of cheese. Scatter broccolini, mushrooms, sausage, and onions over the cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over the toppings. Remove the stone or steel from the oven. Slide the pizza with the parchment onto the stone and place back into the oven. Cook for 8 minutes or until browned. Remove from the oven with parchment paper. Cut into 8 pieces. Drizzle the chili oil over the entire pizza and serve. Repeat the process to make the other two pizzas. Give the stone 5-10 minutes to reheat before cooking the next pizza.
