Cantaloupe Colada

  • 4 cups cantaloupe deseeded and chopped
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup coconut rum
  • 1/3 cup light rum
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice


  • Place the cantaloupe pieces in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice and add it back to the blender. There should be about 2 cups of juice.
  • Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness if needed. Serve immediately or place in the freezer until ready to serve.
