I began working in kitchens when I was a teenager. Deciding to make this my career path, I attended culinary school and graduated with an associate’s degree in culinary arts. I have since been working in restaurants and hotels in the southern United States and Hawaii, where I currently reside.
I started this blog as a way to funnel my creativity into something I love with my imagination being my only limitation. I like creating and eating all types of food. So, on these pages, you will find all sorts of recipes and tips. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them!
