Fresh cantaloupe juice, coconut milk, light rum, and coconut rum.
This refreshing summer cocktail is a play on the classic pina colada, swapping out the pineapple for cantaloupe juice.

When picking a cantaloupe for this recipe, try to pick one that is really ripe. The riper the fruit is, the juicier it will be, and it will take less time to blend. The sweetness of your cantaloupe plays a big part in this recipe. If the fruit is really sweet, you may not need any honey, and if it isn’t sweet, you may need to add more honey. Adjust the amount to your taste.
